Sasha Walek

Sasha Walek, MPA, is the communications manager for the Department of Population Health at NYU Langone Health. She is responsible for the Department’s internal and external communications, strategic communications planning, as well as dissemination and promotion of research findings to key audiences. Prior to her work in healthcare communications, Sasha worked for more than a decade as a television news producer for multiple national networks, including CNN, MSNBC, Bloomberg and CNBC. She holds a Master’s in Public Administration in Health Policy and Management from NYU Wagner Graduate School of Public Service.
