2019 Conference Exhibitors!
The Institute for Health Metrics and Evaluation (IHME) is an independent population health research center at UW Medicine, part of the University of Washington, that provides rigorous and comparable measurement of the world’s most important health problems and evaluates the strategies used to address them. IHME makes this information freely available so that policymakers have the evidence they need to make informed decisions about how to allocate resources to best improve population health.
The University of Texas at Austin Population Research Center (PRC) aims to provide outstanding infrastructure resources and sustain a dynamic interdisciplinary culture geared toward facilitating the highest level of population-related research among its faculty members and graduate and undergraduate trainees. The PRC supports research that moves well beyond the bounds of traditional demography to the cutting edge of population research. Our researchers’ projects focus primarily on Family Demography and Intergenerational Relationships; Education, Work, and Inequality; Population Health; and Reproductive Health.
Population health science requires scientists from different disciplinary backgrounds to combine their knowledge and expertise to answer questions that individual disciplines alone cannot. The IAPHS Annual Conference is an opportunity to bring them all together. The 2019 conference is anticipated to bring together over 400 attendees. Presentations will focus on new and ongoing research. Refreshment breaks will be set up near the exhibit tables to facilitate interaction between the exhibitors and participants. The exhibit area will not be locked during non-exhibiting hours, and participants will be allowed to move through the exhibit area at all times. Security regarding computers or other valuable items is the responsibility of the exhibitor.
The tabletop exhibit fees are $750 non-profit and $900 for-profit.
Payments must be received by August 1, 2019.
The registration fee includes one representative, one 6′ table in an 8′ x 4′ space, continental breakfasts, breaks and entrance to all conference sessions. Additional representatives are welcome to register separately at the IAPHS Member rate.
