Marie-Fatima Hyacinthe is a first year PhD student in the Social and Behavioral Sciences program at the Yale School of Public Health. Guided by her professional background in HIV advocacy, Marie-Fatima takes a justice-oriented approach to public health. She is interested in melding frameworks of critical race theory and Black feminist theory with her research.
