Thank you for being a part of the pilot for the IAPHS Mentoring Program. The excellent feedback to our participant survey has enabled us to make improvements to the program and to plan on opening registration for the full-scale program in the near future.
We are offering all pilot participants the opportunity to continue in the program for an additional year (February 2020 – January 2021) if desired. Please indicate your preference below. If you choose option 2, your mentor/mentee will be told simply that the pair is ending.
