IAPHS would like to highlight current and former members who have demonstrated heroic accomplishments during the tumultuous events of 2020 by going above and beyond their normal work roles and responsibilities to make an impact on the population health of local, national, and global communities. Please nominate individuals who have generously given their time and talents to address critical issues related to the pandemic, COVID-19 vaccinations, structural racism, Black Lives Matter,  etc., and in so doing, promoted the mission of IAPHS to advance population health science in the service of improved health, well-being and health equity. We want to highlight these members at our annual conference in Baltimore, in October 2021.
