LaToya O’Neal
Dr. LaToya J. O’Neal is a medical sociologist in the position of Assistant Professor and Extension Health & Wellness Specialist in the Department of Family, Youth and Community Sciences at the University of Florida. She specializes in community-based approaches to advance minority health and health equity. Her research examines social, cultural, and environmental determinants of cardiometabolic comorbidities among diverse communities.
