Andrew Fenelon

Andrew Fenelon is an assistant professor of public policy and sociology at Penn State. His work examines health inequalities and the role of public policy in impacting population health. He has a PhD in Sociology and Demography from the University of Pennsylvania and a BA in Geography from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
