Amy Trubek
Amy B. Trubek is Professor and Chair of the Nutrition and Food Sciences department at the University of Vermont. Trained as a cultural anthropologist and a chef, her current research concerns food systems policy, food agency and everyday cooking practices, and the role of chefs in sustainable food systems.
