Melody Esther Tulier is a social epidemiologist investigating three socio-structural forces shaping urban health inequities: 1. Gentrification; 2. Public housing; and 3. Mass incarceration. She is a postdoctoral fellow in CIRA's Yale AIDS Prevention Training Program (Y-APT). She earned her Doctorate and Master in Public Health from UC Berkeley's School of Public Health, a Master of City Planning from MIT's Department of Urban Studies & Planning and a Bachelor of Arts from Bryn Mawr College.
