Exhibitor

Population health science requires scientists from different disciplinary backgrounds to combine their knowledge and expertise to answer questions that individual disciplines alone cannot. The IAPHS Annual Conference is an opportunity to bring them all together. The 2026 conference is anticipated to bring together over 400 attendees. Presentations will focus on new and ongoing research. Refreshment breaks will be set up near the exhibit tables to facilitate interaction between the exhibitors and participants. The exhibit area will not be locked during non-exhibiting hours, and participants will be allowed to move through the exhibit area at all times. Security regarding computers or other valuable items is the responsibility of the exhibitor.

EXHIBIT OPPORTUNITIES

TABLETOP EXHIBIT – ON-SITE REPRESENTATIVE

$750 non-profit and $900 for-profit. 

 The registration fee includes one representative, one 6′ table in an 8′ x 4′ space, continental breakfasts, breaks and entrance to all conference sessions. Additional representatives are welcome to register separately at the IAPHS Member rate.

 Payments must be received by September 1, 2026.

UNATTENDED TABLETOP EXHIBIT

$375 non-profit and $450 for-profit

 The registration fee includes one 6′ table in an 8′ x 4′ space. Exhibit materials to be shipped to the onsite staff contact where they will ensure the materials are properly displayed and stocked throughout the conference.

Payments and shipping arrangements must be received by September 1, 2026.
