Julia Raifman is Assistant Professor at Boston University School of Public Health and the Principal Investigator leading the COVID-19 US State Policy (CUSP) Database. She conducts research on how health and social policies drive population health and health disparities. Her research is focused on how policy responses to COVID-19 are shaping COVID-19 cases and deaths, mental distress, and economic precarity overall and by race and ethnicity.
