REFERENCE:
Pending – waiting for invitation email to be sent (ie the mentor receives the email first, once confirmed, then the mentee is sent. While waiting for the mentor to confirm, the mentee status would say pending.
Unconfirmed – the invitation email has been sent and is waiting for the individual to accept the invitation.
Confirmed – individual has accepted the invitation.
Confirmed on both Mentor and Mentee – once both show confirmed, the email requesting them to create a plan has been sent.
Activated – the mentor/mentee pairing has submitted a plan and is moving forward with their mentoring relationship.
